Payment and Refund Policy
At AscendDigital Technologies Private Limited, we are committed to providing our customers with transparent and customer-friendly pricing and return policies. Our payment methods are diverse and tailored to meet the needs of all our clients. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and UPI for your convenience. For those making larger purchases, we offer EMI options, although it's important to note that our prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
Understanding the varied needs of our clients, we offer a range of subscription services. These include one-time payments for single services like website creation or video production, as well as more comprehensive packages for ongoing services and products. Our subscription plans are highly flexible, offering weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and even customized options to suit your specific requirements. For services, we adopt a split billing approach – half the payment is required at the start of the project, and the remainder upon completion. For products, we require payment upfront.
We understand that sometimes payments can be delayed. To accommodate this, we provide a one-week grace period for late payments. However, if payment is delayed beyond this period, we will withhold the delivery of service-related deliverables. Additionally, a late fee of INR 500 per month will be charged if the delay exceeds three weeks. In cases of non-payment, we will make every effort to reach out via various communication channels, including email, phone calls, WhatsApp, Skype, Messenger, FaceTime, Zoom, and Google Meet. If these attempts are unsuccessful, we reserve the right to terminate the service and withhold deliverables.
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Refunds are not provided in cases where the design or service is initially accepted during the demo but later rejected, if services are rejected after the final demo, or if the product is used for more than 7 days. Refund requests must be made within a week or during the 2nd or 3rd review stage. Once a refund request is made, we process it within 7 to 10 business days, and the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Please be aware that certain services and products, such as SEO, Digital Marketing, Hosting, Domain purchases, and third-party licenses and subscriptions, are non-refundable. This policy will be clearly communicated before any purchase or service commencement.
For subscription services, customers have the flexibility to pause their subscriptions. However, we do not provide refunds for any unused portion of the subscription upon cancellation.
