Board Composition and Function

AscendDigital Technologies is led by a dynamic and experienced board, comprising two shareholders: Sudhir M G, the Managing Director and majority shareholder, and Sreenithi, the Director. Alongside them, a senior team of six members oversees various projects, ensuring operational excellence and strategic direction.

Executive Management

Our executive management, headed by Sudhir M G as the CEO, is responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic decision-making of the company. Sreenithi, playing a crucial role in development and as a Scrum Master, ensures the efficient progress of our projects.
